Ep. 53: Dos a Zero Futbol Podcast – Chiva vs. Chiva.

dueceazeroChivas fan panelists were going at it in this episode. Arguing the effectiveness of Almeyda to wether ChivasTV is actually making money and a good idea.

We also talk a bit of America and who is going to be the new head coach.

We had one caller, Serg, and a lot more discussion.

Ep. 52: Dos a Zero Futbol Podcast – Lo CruzAzuleΓ²!

CruzAzulear An episodes full of laughter and mockery of the spectacle that is Cruz Azul. We talked their loss to America after going up 3-0. Is it psychological, a curse, bad coaching or players who just stink? We discuss this phenomena. πŸ˜€

We also talk a bit about Giovanni possibly coming back and the quote Decio De Maria gave on the topic. We still hold fast that the FMF black listed Gio and that he did not reject the call up to Copa America. With his expressed interest to join the NT again, and Decio’s back tracking comments, hopefully we see him soon.

Ep. 51: Dos a Zero Futbol Podcast – Mexico Qualifies to hex and Fuera Osorio!

NerySo we didn’t talk Nery but this pic was too funny to not post. We talked the 2 final games Mexico played vs El Salvador and Honduras. Osorio is predicted by most of those on the panel to be fired by end of this year. We talked potential rumors of people that may be candidates. Some good in-depth conversation on the failures of Osorio and why he is not good for the NT. Take a Listen.

Ep. 50: Dos a Zero Futbol Podcast – Chivas v Aguilas talk, Pulido, Nacho and more!

Ch14_Lots to talk about with the Chivas 3-0 win over America. Chivas has high spirits, even Jorge Vergara is saying that they have the best team in Mexico and Pulido is rounding out the team greatness as he arrives this week in Guadalajara.

We talk America and Nacho Ambriz, who happened to explode on a journalist saying that if he doesn’t win a title this year, then he will resign. CopaMX may be his main avenue for fulfilling that statement.

We also talk how this affects the National team and Juan Carlos Osorio. Tune in vatos!

Ep. 49: Dos a Zero Futbol Podcast – CH14 fake fall, Pulido fake kidnapping and more

Screen Shot 2016-08-25 at 11.45.30 AM2Fake! I’ts all Fake. ChivasTV was not hacked. Pulido was not kidnapped and Chicharito did not fall and hurt his hand. It is all staged!

We talk tons this episode, to include MTY failures, Osorio losing the locker room as well as the Clasico Nacional! I predicted that America will win. Sambu will be playing as well as Oribe, meanwhile Chivas is involved in Rumors that Pulido may come back to Mexico to play for the Sacred Herd. LOL. Phat Chance Says Yon Jagou. Pulido will never come back to Mexico as he is banned for life.

It was an entertaining time. Shout out to our lone caller, Thomas, from Chicago!

Ep. 48: Dos a Zero Futbol Podcast – LigaMX, CONCAChampions

Screen Shot 2016-08-19 at 3.32.30 PMAnother week another episode. We had some good fun talking about Monterrey’s failure in their midweek loss to Panama side, Arabe Unido. In Monterrey! Monterrey had their main players and couldn’t defend their home turf. Wow!

We also discussed other LigaMX action, a bit of Olympics and even some of the USWNT drama involving Hope Solo. We had callers as well. Over all another fun episode!

Ep. 47: Dos a Zero Futbol Podcast – Fracaso Mexicano 2.0

Screen Shot 2016-08-11 at 9.48.49 AMIn a day of supposed sadness from yet another failure by Mexico this summer, we join up for a post game podcast to discuss what occurred. We know no rustle, well, unless we start talking about LigaMX fashion demonstrated by head coaches such as Paco Palencia and Turko Mohamed. πŸ˜€

Anyway, we discuss indepth the Mexico loss to the Koreans, the Potro criticism, the Chucky failure/Ardido moment as well as a couple of bright spots.

We also took a few good calls and comments during the show. Thanks for all those who called in with comments and questions. Thanks to Tomas who brought some good insight.

Now, maybe we can distract ourselves with some LigaMX, until next week.

Cheers!

Ep. 46: Dos a Zero Futbol Podcast – Preview Mex vs Korea

We had a quick podcast this evening to discuss the Mexico vs Korea game. Will the loss of Oribe and Pizarro affect the team? Can they contain the speedy Koreans? This tournament has proved what we already know, that Mexico plays up/down to their competition. The pressure is definitely on for this game as elimination awaits if they lose or possibly even if they tie vs Korea. Many on our panel predicted that Mexico would rise to the occasion and our beloved host, said they would crash out.

Tune in for our post game show tonight at same time!

Ep. 45: Dos a Zero Futbol Podcast – Taking your calls!

CallerWe are taking your calls in this episode. We setup a conference call number for listener call-ins. We had some fun comments as well as good questions from our listeners. Props to all those that called-in. We talked about El Tri Olympico and the expectations of the team. The passing by of our golden generation, with C. Vela fading in Spain and Gio, well, in MLS. We also talked a little LigaMX, Osorio and his upcoming friendly vs New Zealand as well as some tech talk on ChivasTV. We brought up some good points on ChivasTV and bet on how long until Vergara drops the project and goes back to TV. πŸ™‚

Have a listen, this one was a fun one.

Ep. 44: Dos a Zero Futbol Podcast – The Kool-aid edition

Pachuca Kool AidHere we are talking about some Pachuca youth system and their fantastic facilities, then the Americanista on the panel (aka Rony)Β comes in and interrupts the conversation. A big discussion ensues about if nice facilities are more beneficial than a bigger club such as Chivas or America but with perhaps lesser facilities. Some heated statements ensue.

It was a fun old time.
